Starting his own business in 1975, Glenn Pollack started as a one-man operation, a print broker in New York City. The company's first major clients were New Line Cinema and ADP. Throughout the past quarter century, many other major corporations and renowned organizations in New York City and throughout the country became satisfied clients of PGS. During the 1980's, PGS began serving clients in a wide range of industries including technology, communications, finance, and publishing. The company provided state-of-the-art computerized tracking services for all clients to ensure that deadlines were always met. Each client was given individualized attention. Each job was completed with the highest standards of professionalism. These traditions of outstanding client service continued through the next decade and into the present.
In continuing to enhance client service throughout the 1990's, PGS' printing presses were replaced by high-end digital offset presses. The company also provided cutting-edge Internet technology to serve their clients' needs. In the new millennium, PGS began offering clients a wide range of promotional products including imprinted calculators, T-shirts, shopping bags, and coffee mugs. Clients have the option of conveniently ordering promotional products on the Pollack Graphics website. The company also has the capability of importing products from around the world to serve their clients. Today, PGS is a comprehensive provider of printing, office supplies and promotional products for clients in all areas of business and industry. After over a quarter century of outstanding customer service, clients continue to depend on PGSs' professional insight and cost-effective recommendations for their business needs. And now, in 2007, PGS has joined with IDC Printing to form a larger company with over $3 million in annual sales. IDC has been offering customer service like that of PGSs which makes it a great fit for both companies.
